Enjoy this beautiful three-day English countryside route from London to Topsham and at the same time help us raise funds for our charity partners, X & Y. This is a cycle challenge suitable for cyclists of all abilities, and TFA Events will look after you every step of the way. From training to fundraising to helping you prepare and keeping you safe on the ride.

    • Three day cycle challenge

  • To take part, you will need to

    • Pay a registration fee of £149.00

    • Commit to fundraising £1,000.00.

    • The registration fee is due when you sign up and is non-refundable. If you find you are unable to make the event, you can transfer your place and registration fee.

    • Fundraisng must be raised by the end of May 2027; please contact TFA Events via info@tfaevents.co.uk directly if you wish to discuss fundraising.

    • Places are only confirmed when the deposit is paid, and you have received confirmation from TFA Events.

  • REGISTRATION FEE
    Your registration fee for this challenge is £ 149.00 and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    FUNDRASIING
    By taking on this challenge, you are committing to raising £1,000 for our charity partners.

    CANCELLATION
    If you cancel for any reason, the following will apply.

    • Registration fee - non-refundable, but it is transferable.

    • If you cancel at any point before the event, all hotel, travel and meal costs will try to be recovered, but you may be liable in the event of costs being unrecoverable,

EVENT INFO

  • What’s included…

    • ACCOMMODATION - Three nights during the challenge. All rooms are shared twin en-suite rooms. If you would like your own room, we can arrange for you, but additional costs apply.

    • FOOD & DRINK- breakfast, lunch, and evening meals all provided. Breakfast not provided on Day 1.

    • TRAVEL - All the travel required within the challenge.

    • MECHANICAL SUPPORT - 24/7 support from our event team, professional medical team, bike mechanics, and partners from sign-up to return. Any bike parts are at an additional cost.

    • MEDICAL SUPPORT - Qualified paramedics will travel with us and provide any level of medical assistance should it be required. If you are unsure about the event, we can arrange for you to discuss any concerns with our medical team in advance.

    • BIKE RETURN - Transport of your bike back to London after the event. If you’d like it sent to a specific location or stored by our team beyond the trip, this can be arranged, but additional costs may apply.

    • RETURN TRAVEL - from Topsham after the challenge.

    • HOTEL UPGRADE - If you wish to upgrade your hotel for your stay in Paris, we can arrange this, but additional costs apply.

    • CERTAIN FOOD & DRINKS - Alcohol or specialist food you may require. Please discuss with TFA Events if you require anything.

    • BIKE RENTAL – This is available for all at an additional cost.

    • INSURANCE - You must have bicycle liability insurance, medical insurance, and travel insurance, which you will need to arrange yourself.
