Pedal à Paris is a static cycling challenge happening at 8 Bishopsgate, where companies compete to see who can cycle
the furthest in one day and raise money for charity.
To take part, you need to …Sign Up: Register to participate by completing the Pedal à Paris Registration form, which can be found by clicking HERE.
Receive your instructions for the day: TFA Events will email each team’s information on what to do on the day of the event. They will be in touch to arrange once you have registered.
The Challenge day: Cycle your static bike as far as you can between 8.00am - 6.00pm.
Inclusive to all: Teams must change riders every 20 minutes, allowing for all abilities to participate. Cyclists can cycle more than one session, but not consecutive sessions.
Record your distance: After each session, TFA Events will record the distance you achieved.
Support our charity partners: Remember to promote your activities to your colleagues, partners, and customers to raise as much money as possible.
Maybe arrange a raffle, get each cyclist, and apply for company matching of funds if available.

How far do I need to cycle?
We’re asking companies to cycle as far as they can for 10 hours, between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.How will the cycling challenge work?
The 10 hours will be split up into 20-minute slots.How many slots can I cycle for?
As many as you like, as long as you do not cycle consecutive slots.What footwear should I wear?
Normal sports trainers are fine. The bike does have pedals, so cycling shoes are also compatible.How is my distance recorded?
Your screens will be set up and monitored by our event staff throughout every slot. At the end of your cycling effort, your distance (km) will be recorded and added to our live leaderboard, which can be viewed throughout the day.Can someone help me set up my bike?
Absolutely. Our event staff will be on hand all day to clean each bike after every use, brief new riders, and get them set up correctly.Will I need to complete a disclaimer before I participate?
