Static cycling sessions run from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm and are 30 minutes long. During each session, participants will cycle on a stationary bike for 20 minutes, with 10 minutes for equipment reset and changeover. TFA Events will be on hand to manage equipment and support on the day.
