Ridefest is a static cycling challenge happening in Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds & London, where companies compete to see who can
cycle the furthest in one day and raise money for their local charity.

To take part, you need to …
Choose your event: Select the date and event city your team will be participating in.
Sign Up: Register to participate by completing the Ridefest Registration form, which can be found by clicking HERE.
Receive your equipment: TFA Events will deliver and collect each team’s static bike. They will be in touch to arrange once you have registered.
The Challenge day: Cycle your static bike as far as you can between 8.00am - 6.00pm.
Inclusive to all: Teams must change riders every 20 minutes, allowing for all abilities to participate. Cyclists can cycle more than one session, but not consecutive sessions.
Record your distance: After each session remember to submit the distance your achieved by using the online form or WhatsApp Group.
Support your charity: Remember to promote your activities to your colleagues, partners and customers in order to raise as much money as possible.
Maybe arrange a raffle, get each cyclist and apply for company matching of funds if available.

How far do I need to cycle?
We’re asking companies to cycle as far as they can for 10 hours, between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.How will the cycling challenge work?
The 10 hours will be split up into 20 × 30-minute slots.How many slots can I cycle for?
As many as you like, as long as you do not cycle consecutive slots.
