Rich Robertshaw
Director
Richard has a dynamic background in outdoor sports, technical expertise, and project management. Before moving into the events industry, he spent time as a professional mountain biker, developing resilience, discipline, and a deep understanding of the outdoor community.
Alongside his racing career, he worked as a bike mechanic, gaining strong hands-on technical skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He later applied his organisational and leadership abilities as a Project Manager for the Forestry Commission, contributing to the development and management of outdoor and environmental projects.
Today, he combines his diverse experience with a passion for creating memorable events, bringing together strategic planning, practical problem-solving, and a genuine love for the outdoors.
Arun Sharma
Director
Arun brings an energetic and results-driven approach to creating and delivering high-quality events for participants, sponsors, and attendees alike.
With extensive experience across both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, he has led a wide range of UK and international events, including running and cycling challenges, gala dinners, and corporate experiences.
Throughout his career, Arun has worked with and for several prestigious organisations, including Direct Line, Lloyds of London, MUFG, Salesforce, Laureus, ITV, plus leading organisations across the UK charity sector, as well as collaborating with high-profile figures from the worlds of sport and entertainment.
Outside his work as an Events Director, Arun runs a local basketball club and partakes in sports where his knees still allow!
Ian Pollard
Director
Ian has a practical approach to organising and delivering high-quality events. His background, which blends entrepreneurship, education, and technology, brings a unique perspective to delivering impactful events.
Before moving into the events industry, he founded and ran his own business, developing strong skills in leadership, strategy, and operations.
He also spent time as a Technology Teacher, where he built a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and helping others succeed.
Today, he applies that diverse experience to designing and managing engaging events that combine creativity with technical precision.
Outside of work, he’s an avid mountain biker who enjoys the challenge, focus, and adventure that come with tackling new trails..
Laura Roberts
Director
An experienced Events Director known for combining creativity with strong leadership. Laura brings a thoughtful and design-led approach to delivering memorable events.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging experiences, she specialises in bringing ideas to life through carefully crafted event concepts and seamless delivery.
Before moving into the events industry, Laura worked as a Food Technology teacher, where she developed strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to inspire and lead others. That background continues to influence his approach today, blending practical planning with imaginative thinking.
Outside of work, she’s a devoted dog lover who enjoys spending time outdoors with her four-legged companions.
